Boombox Barbershop is a snug cozy spot just off of West Broadway on Heather Street close to the Cambie Broadway skytrain station.
A regular day at Boombox has some upbeat tunes being played, sneakers and hair on the floor and some variety of sport on the TV.
At Boombox, we pride ourselves in delivering a well executed cut with friendly service that’ll leave you walking away looking forward to the next. We don’t take ourselves too seriously but we take what we do seriously.
We hope you vibe with what we're putting down and you gather at the shop and join the Boombox Barbershop community, much like they would do around the boombox back in the day.

Dez has been barbering for just under 5 years, learning his craft at London School of Barbering in Gastown. Since then he’s worked at a couple of local barbershops in Vancouver, gathering a loyal clientele before starting his own at Boombox Barbershop.
Born n Raised in Vancouver, Dez is a big soccer and basketball fan and is always talking about his fantasy teams. Enjoys hip hop and soul music and is usually wearing a pair of Nikes on his feet.
